Every distributor of Great Lakes Energy receives both logistical support and performance management.

The most important aspect of our management is our coaching. This achieves two results:

• Dealers increase their business skills and savvy
• Dealers become more motivated

Our Territory Managers receive a high level of education and training on how to coach rural dealers from Renewable Energy Foundation (REF), a Dutch NGO specializing in training of rural solar entrepreneurs.

REF works in a number of countries in Africa and has years of experience training rural entrepreneurs to sell solar power products. We arranged for their team to come to our office for one week per month in 2010 to teach our Territory Management team.
